Visitation was held on Friday, May 12, 2023. John Maxwell Wilson was born June 18, 1943 in Sherman, Texas to Woodrow and Reynell (Nevill) Wilson. He died May 10, 2023 at a Houston hospital following a brief illness from aortic aneurysms. John grew up in Austin with his brother, Robert, and attended Pease Elementary School and O. Henry Middle School.
